We’ve been taught to move fast. To power through. To stay busy so we don’t have to feel what’s bubbling under the surface.

But if we’re honest? That pain you keep dodging doesn’t go away just because you’re doing the most. It just waits... quietly. In your body. In your bones. In the way your shoulders tighten or your breath cuts short.

In Part 1 of my Heal the Pain In 3 series, we’re starting exactly where real healing begins: by holding the pain.

Are you ready to realign, recharge, and rise?

🔥 Watch the full video below. ⬇️

What Does It Mean to Hold the Pain?

To “hold” pain doesn’t mean to wallow or spiral. It means to stop running. To sit still long enough to actually feel what your body and heart have been trying to say for years.

Pain is information. It’s not the enemy. It’s an invitation.

And when we pause to listen—when we let ourselves fully feel—it’s like giving ourselves permission to breathe again.

The Habit of Hustling Through

Hustle is seductive. It convinces us we’re being productive, even when we’re just avoiding. But the truth? Hustling through your pain only leads to breakdown—emotionally, physically, spiritually.

There’s nothing noble about pretending you're fine when you're unraveling inside.

Watch the first video in the series to understand how simply acknowledging the pain can shift your posture, your energy, and your healing journey:

Holding the pain is brave. It's the first step to owning your story instead of being owned by it.

Stay with me—Part 2 is next, and we’re unpacking the patterns we use to avoid feeling altogether. Check it out here.
