We're going to dive headfirst into some anxiety-busting, stress-relieving goodness that will leave you feeling more alive and energized. I know many of you are feeling a bit overwhelmed lately—let’s face it, the world is a little crazy right now. But fear not, because I've got a secret weapon for you: movement! And not just any movement, a full-body shake session that’s both fun and effective.


When I listen to those traditional meditations that tell you to breathe deeply and release, I'm usually on board. But when they say, "Now tighten your hands as tightly as you can and then release," my body screams, "No, thank you!" So if you’re like me and progressive relaxation techniques that start with tension drive you nuts, you're in for a treat.


Here, we’re going to do progressive shaking instead. Get ready to shake out all that pent-up stress from your head to your toes. Trust me, this isn’t just about shaking things up; it's about getting those juices flowing—moving and detoxifying your body.


You'll feel that incredible tingling sensation, a sign that your chi is really moving!

That’s your body telling you exactly what it needs, and it always knows best. So let’s honor that inner wisdom!
