Here’s the part most people skip. The one that doesn’t look good on paper or make a cute quote on Instagram.
You want to heal? You’ve got to tell the truth.
And I don’t mean the curated, cleaned-up version of the truth you tell your therapist or your friends. I mean the gut-level honesty that whispers in the quiet hours and tugs at your chest.
This is Part 3 of the Heal the Pain In 3 series, and we’re talking about what happens when you finally stop lying to yourself.
🔥 Watch the full video below. ⬇️
The Power of Naming It
When you name what hurt you -- what you lost, what you feared, what broke your spirit -- you take back your power.
Unspoken pain doesn’t just disappear. It festers. It gets sneaky. It shows up in how you love, how you parent, and how you treat your body.
Naming it is how you stop the cycle.
The Truth Is a Key
It unlocks your healing. Not overnight. Not without discomfort. But with every honest admission, the weight gets lighter.
You don’t have to share your truth with the world. But you do have to admit it to yourself.
Because once you do? That’s when the real healing begins.
You’ve made it through all three parts of the Heal the Pain In 3 series -- and this last step is where the real shift happens.
Yes, we started with movement. Yes, we called out those sneaky habits that create pain in the first place. But this final step -- deep, body-led breathwork -- is what ties it all together. When your breath is connected, your body follows. And when your body is centered, so is your life.
This is how we reclaim control. Not through force. Through awareness, gentleness, and choosing to show up differently in our own skin.
👉 If you missed Part 1 or Part 2, go back and check them out -- each step builds on the last to help you heal smarter, not harder.
