So, let’s dive deeper. Inhale deeply into the space behind your gut, behind your heart, and behind your brain. Feel those spaces expand and create room inside you.
By the end of the session, we’ve rooted our knowing into the earth and expanded our minds for fresh, new things to happen. We finish by inhaling deeply and feeling the connection from earth to universe, creating a sense of wholeness and readiness to embrace change.
Take this awareness into your day and let it guide you. Notice what needs to change, what may have already changed, and embrace it.
