About Lissa
Lissa Michalak, RSME/T, NASM-CPT, known as "The Movement Hacker," has been teaching movement efficiency since the early 1990s. Certified in Pilates and personal training since the early 2000s, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals move freely and live pain-free lives. Despite experiencing numerous injuries herself, Lissa continues to run, dance, and train in kung fu, embodying the resilience she inspires in her clients.
As an adjunct professor at Marymount Manhattan College, Lissa teaches Dance Anatomy and has presented Somatic Anatomy© classes at national and international conferences. She also designs custom courses for businesses and schools, sharing her extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement.
